If you wish to return the product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us first:
Contact us via WhatsApp to inform us of your return request, including the order number and reason.
2. Handing the product over to the shipping company:
After confirmation from our team, you will be provided with a shipping label. Please hand the product over to the shipping company using the same label.
3. Receiving and inspecting the product:
After the product arrives, our team will inspect it.
•If the product is intact and unused, the customer will receive a refund.
•The shipping cost and bank administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
A return policy will be issued by Vapeest and sent to you via WhatsApp linked to the return request. Please hand over the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company, and the money will be refunded to you within 8-10 working days from the date Vapeest receives the returned products.
